On behalf of our Client, international organization located in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in Senior Business Analyst position.
Your new role
As Senior Business Analyst you will act as liaison between business and development teams (programmers, QA engineers). You will be responsible for gathering requirements for the systems development, defining functional / non-functional / integration requirements as well as documenting requirements using proper tools and methods demanded for the project. You will set up business analysis process from scratch and facilitate UAT processes. Moreover, you will be responsible for scope management / change management process during software implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 3 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst and full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment. You must have ability to drive requirements gathering process, strong client facing skills and experience in scope management and change management. Also, you must have strong presentation and communication skills. Due to international projects you need to have fluent English language skills.
