For our client, an American investment company based in Poznań, we are seeking candidates for the position of Senior System Analyst.
Senior System Analyst will be dedicated to working with Internal Financial System; He/She will design new technology solutions across a set of applications, to improve business efficiency and productivity, by acting as the primary technology liaison to the business community.
Main responsibilities on this position will include confirming the business' needs and documenting existing business processes, workflows, system processes, and data flows in order to identify, recommend, and document the appropriate new business and/or systems requirements. Senior System Analyst will work closely with the Application Development and Testing Services teams to implement the agreed upon solution.
We are looking for candidates with minimum of three years System Analyst or technical project experience on medium-sized IT projects, gained preferably in financial services industry, including system design, data analysis, and programming knowledge; familiarity with MQ-Series, SQL, Sharepoint, and Blueworks is desirable; fluent English skills are mandatory– min. B2 level; CBAP and/or PMP accreditation, knowledge of Progress 4GL and project management experience would be an asset.
