For our Client, part of leading retail group operating worldwide, due to intensive development, we are looking for Candidates for Senior Sourcing Managerposition.
Senior Sourcing Managerwill be responsible for developing and optimizing sourcing of DIY categories in-line with the company plans (responsible for cooperation with suppliers from Central & Eastern Europe and Middle East). The role will include managing and engaging team of Purchasing Specialists, managing operational and financial category performance. Senior Sourcing Manager plays an active role in negotiating commercial conditions to improve price competitiveness, deliver margin gains, improve payment terms and reduce stock at destination. He is responsible for developing ranges and product offers using market knowledge and company’s brand strategies.
The successful Candidateshould have more than 8 years experience in purchasing, sourcing and category management. We are looking for Candidates with good understanding of market, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in team management is also desired. Crucial for this position is fluent English, both written and oral. Additional knowledge of any other CEE language is preferential. Willingness to domestic and international travel is required (B category driving licence is a must).
