Currently, we are looking for Candidates to be a member of the Cloud Managed Services team in Cracow.
CMS team seeks a Tier 3 level Network & Security Engineers to join a team of extremely talented professionals supporting the global Security & Network infrastructure for various customers.
What You Will Do:
- provide customers with the assurance that the IT platform is in good hands while they focus on opportunities and challenges resulting from the accelerating pace of technology evolution
- act as a focal point for high impact, large account issue resolution
- provide escalated support and solutions for customer network infrastructure
- act as a technical expert and provide support on a worldwide basis
- design, implement and validate complex changes in an enterprise network environment\
Who You Are
- 6-10+ years of experience in Security or Network support
- Strong practical knowledge of Security platforms and technology
- Proven crisis management skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Certifications (CCNP, CCIE level)
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science/IT and/or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent understanding of the TCP/IP protocol suite
- Working, demonstrated hands-on product and technology skills in several of the following areas:
• Checkpoint Firewalls
• Juniper Firewalls
• Fortinet Firewalls
• TippingPoint (Trend Micro) IDS/IPS
• Juniper IDS
• Citrix WAF (Web Application Firewalls)
• Firemon Security Management Suite
