We’re looking for an experienced person with servant leadership mindset to support two distributed teams as Scrum Master and Team Manager
- Organizational/administrative part: facilitation of sprint plannings/groomings/demos/retrospectives, solving impediments, configuring and supporting scrum artifacts (Jira), coordinating releases, tracking KPIs, planning vacations etc.
- Communication/coaching part: manage stakeholders, coach the teams, challenge and improve the process, enable cross-team communication
- Management part: ensure retention and motivation of the team members, conduct 1on1s, provide feedback and coaching, plan educational activities, integrate team members, resolve conflicts, improve teamwork, maintain good team spirit, support and implement strategic goals
- Strong understanding of Agile approaches (including but not limited to Scrum), values and principles
- Experience managing distributed teams
- Strong management skills: feedback, coaching, 1on1s, motivation
- Experience in multi-team organization is a plus
- Experience in managing 2 teams at the same time is a plus
- Experience in being a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach
- Experience with modern approaches is a plus - continuous delivery, DevOps, TDD, ATDD...
- Software development background (any specialty)
- Experience with administration of Agile tools (such as Jira)
- Ability to travel frequently to Ukraine and Denmark
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English is a must
- Polish, Russian, Danish is a plus
