Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
The client is a young spin off biotech company in the Brussels area
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The role is that of a Senior Scientist that designs, plans and executes the R&D development plan and helps the general growth of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The scientist will be responsible of:
- The entire R&D process
- Sticking to the R&D plan of immune therapy, experience in infection diseases is a plus
- Leading all lab personnel including reviewing and mentoring
- Obtaining grants
REQUIREMENTS
-MSc or PhD in Biomedical sciences, Biotechnology or similar or relevant lab experience
- Experience in immunotherapy and oncology
- Three to five years of laboratory experience
- Good Laboratory Practice
Skills:
- fluent English
- Management skills
- Structurally and organisationally sound
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually
