- Develope platform based on one or more industrially important prokaryotic or eukaryotic microbial systems for the manufacturing of specific agrobodies
- Responsible for performance management of researchers
- Interacting with external contract organizations
- Responsible for streamlining work flow (interact with upstream and downstream)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in industry
- Experience of working in fundamental areas of biological product development technology
- Experience in agro-biotech is a plus
- People leadership of a team tech professionals

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of strain engineering activities, interacting with Upstream and Downstream Process teams as wel as external service providers.Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning, coordination, approach and results of project activities- Develope platform based on one or more industrially important prokaryotic or eukaryotic microbial systems for the manufacturing of specific agrobodies
- Responsible for performance management of researchers
- Interacting with external contract organizations
- Responsible for streamlining work flow (interact with upstream and downstream)
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Biology, Biotechnology, (bio)Chemistry- Minimum 6 years of experience in industry
- Experience of working in fundamental areas of biological product development technology
- Experience in agro-biotech is a plus
- People leadership of a team tech professionals
