As a Senior Application Specialistyou will be working in an international team on improving solutions for Knauf's Customer Process:
-Technical deployment (transports)
-Data migration
-Hand-Over to Service desk
-Solution related System monitoring
-2nd level support
-Implementation of technical concepts
-Incident reporting and analysis

Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Application Specialistyou will be working in an international team on improving solutions for Knauf's Customer Process:
- Customize, configure and parametrize systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality
- Perform:
-Technical deployment (transports)
-Data migration
-Hand-Over to Service desk
-Solution related System monitoring
-2nd level support
-Implementation of technical concepts
- Collaborates with solution architect for:
-Incident reporting and analysis
- Specialization in the area of order management or sales logistics
- Specialization on E2E-process and on certain system(s) and / or module(s)
Your Profile:
- University degree in IT or Engineering
- 5+ years experienced (SAP) professional developer / customizing
- ITIL Service Management Knowledge
- Project Management experience
- Proven know-how in configuration of the SAP modules SD / LE
- Solid Experience in sales processes:
-Sales processing
-Shipping
-Transportation Management
-Freight Management
-Billing
-Pricing and Bonus
-Credit Management
- Basic understanding of SAP infrastructure and SAP development workbench. Reading and debugging of ABAP and ABAP/OO programs
- Good understanding of integrative SAP processes and interfaces to the neighbour modules PP, MM, FI, CO
- Safe handling of Microsoft Office products
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Russian is a valuable asset
- Moderation and facilitation
- Excellent communication skills
