Senior SAP HCM Consultant
We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM with deep knowledge in customizing and HR processes in a Global sense. Basic knowledge in ABAP development to solve small issues and propose solutions to technical ABAP team. Maintenance of SAP HR, Business Applications within HCM (Human Capital Management).

Description
- Responsible for the global SAP HR systems
- Coordination and implementation of SAP HR projects
- Daily administration, support & enhancements of SAP HCM
- Structuring of complex requirements as well as distribution of work packages and definition of responsibilities including adherence to schedules
- Operational participation in the creation and implementation of new SAP HR solutions and associated applications as well as adaptation and optimization of existing systems in close cooperation with process owners and key users
- Help improve KPI's in area of responsibility and maintain a high level of support on all HCM related issues
- Maintain system documentation
- Following all SOP's to maintain regulatory compliance and computer systems validation within area of responsibility (including documentation, correct change control and testing)
Profile
- English and German (Excellent communication skills, both written and oral)
- Expert level technical knowledge of SAP HCM and Business Applications
- Strong knowledge of interfaces between SAP and other external applications
- Extensive experience of system configuration and implementation in at least 3 of the following modules: PA, OM, PM, PD, ECM, PT, TV, ESS-MSS, PY, EP
- Basic knowledge in ABAP development to solve small issues and propose solutions to technical ABAP team
- Knowledge of Workday is a plus
- Experience in working in globally distributed multi cultural teams and multinational matrix organization
- Strong drive and enthusiasm to provide leadership for continuous improvements
