For our client – Swiss and one of the biggest company in agriculture industry – we are looking for Seeds Sales Effectiveness Manager CE / Sales Analysis Manager CE. This is a well-known and developing producer of seeds and pesticides company. Currently our client is building the new Business Unit in Europe.
Your new role
The person on this position will be responsible for supporting Business Unit in strategic and tactical planning and implementation efforts focused on sales and marketing effectiveness in Europe. On daily basis s-/he will provide analytical support to team as well as set direction to all sales area related to plans and programs to ensure proper overall sales and marketing activities (market and customer coverage, visit frequently, quality). The aim of the position will be increasing productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization through close cooperation with Sales, Marketing and Product Management Teams to identify key development needs to focus on coaching and trainings and set the KPI’s. The person will provide expert knowledge customer experience, CRM and sales in Europe. What you'll need to succeed We are searching for Candidates with a great experience in conducting analyses and supporting to set the directions in the scope of sales and marketing fields. The knowledge and experience in agricultural business will be an advantage. Ability to work on a big data, numbers and planning capabilities will be necessary. Seeds Sales Effectiveness Manager has to speak English fluently as well as being able to design and implement CRM strategies. We are expecting strong analytics and communication skills, detail-oriented with ability to manage several project at once as well as ability to active participate in strategies and seasonal campaign plans and adjust strategies.
