A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for a person to hold the position of Senior RTR Accountant with Spanish.
Your new role
The job holder would be responsible for handling, preparing, computing, managing and researching all accounting data in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows. Your duties will include performing general accounting and reporting (preparing business unit financial statements, consolidated financial statements and trial balance, processing period end adjustments) as well as fixed-asset accounting. Moreover, you will process AP and expense reimbursements and perform revenue accounting (manage and process collections and negotiate with delinquent accounts), manage taxes, process payroll (maintain and administer employee earnings information, process and distribute payments and process period-end adjustments). You will be also accountable for managing treasury operations and performing planning and management accounting.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess 3-5 years of professional level experience and preferably BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. You should have solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles, proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records as well as data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. A person on this position should also be customer, service and process improvement-oriented, with ability to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country contacts. What is more, fluent English and Spanish is required.
