We are currently looking for Senior RPA Developer to join newly established Maersk Drilling office in Gdańsk.
We offer the opportunity to become part of a truly global and diverse organization operating in the Oil and Gas industry with around 3500 users working both offshore on our Rigs and Drill ships and in our 10 global offices. You will be part of our new office in Gdansk, Poland, and join a growing team consisting of currently around 50-60 team members working with primarily IT, Supply Chain Management and HR. You will be part of our automation team. As a Senior RPA developer you will be part of the Maersk Drilling, automation team and together with the other team members you will be responsible for implementing and delivering new automations and software robots and assuming control of operational application management to ensure the RPA platform is fully functional, updated and available at all times.
Responsibility
· Business support through continuous optimization and design, development, and deployment of software robots in the automation team
· Technical responsible for the blue prism platform, including documentation, development and operational support
· Deliver ongoing support as well as ad hoc training in how automation and blue prism work
· Work closely with the automation team members on implementing business requirements and maintaining robots in various automation solutions
· Deployment and releases of robots across all environments
We are looking for an individual with:
· 4 to 6 years of IT development experience with at least 2 years in Blue Prism.
· Experience using Blue prism for process automation
· Experience in automation development standards, defining approach to automation Blue Prism, Agree and set automation SLA's and standardize automation reporting process
· Certified Blue prism practitioner.
· Participate in architecture and deployment of new features in the product.
· Must be able to grasp business issues and technical problems, and come up with smart, logical solutions. Strong problem solving capability
· Participate in Product releases through release document review, deployment etc.
· Should be able to execute assigned tasks in a timely & efficient manner.
· Develop strong expertise in the entire module within the product.
· Effectively communicate status, metrics and issues on a regular basis
· You will be working closely with the automation Team in the MD headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark so excellent communication skills are necessary
· Some International travel – primarily to Denmark – should be expected
