Responsibilities:You’ll be posting roles to internal/external sites, outside of automated process. You’ll be also supporting Initial screening of CV’s. Interview scheduling & interview guide production is a part of your role. You’ll support telephone interviews for high volume roles. It is also important that you support candidate rejection (through the selection of the correct reason for rejection) and closing requisitions where there are technical issues. Your job will also be connected to supporting SD Specialists with offer letters and following up on responses.
Requirements:You have experience in recruitment administration gained in a complex and your understanding of the recruitment process is extensive. Your communicate well and have skills in relationship building. You are familiar with networking and have strong team-working competencies. You are well organised person with excellent time management. Your attention to detail is exceptional Your Englishhas to be excellent (C1)
