Senior Recruitment Consultant – Team Supervisor
In this role you will be:
- leading a team of recruiters and sourcers, managing team performance through regular f2f meetings and coaching
- leading end to end recruitment projects with help from the team
- building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through ongoing resource planning
- keeping up-to-date with the current recruitment market, within specific sectors
- actively seeking out fresh and original sourcing strategies
- identifying recruitment/sourcing process improvements
- creating a high energy, motivational and professional office environment
Senior Recruitment Consultant – Team Supervisor

We’re looking for people with the following experience and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment field gained in an international environment
- Min. 1 year of experience in managing a team
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in searching for candidates
- Positive, can-do attitude and independency
- Excellent organization, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – able to handle conflict situations and resolve issues
- Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mindset”
