Senior Recruitment Consultant – IT&T

Opis stanowiska:

• business development, building new and lasting business relationships with clients and sourcing suitable candidates for specialist roles within IT&T sector
• leading full life cycle recruitment process: profile definition, sourcing, face to face interviews and selected candidates presentations to our business partners
• responsibility for creating competitive solutions connected with our services; market needs analysis and answering to the market demands
• responsibility for the budget connected with the sales process; ensure that all potential sales opportunities are maximized continually
• sales forecasting, prognoses and monitoring against targets
• taking part in organization culture creation

Wymagania:

• min. 3 years experience on a similar position in IT&T industry
• demonstrated success record of selling IT&T recruitment processes
• excellent sales skills
• goal oriented
• fluent in English
• excellent communication skills
• independent and team player
• dynamic and pro-active
