Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment proces
- Facilitating the interview and selection proces
- Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- Identifying process improvements
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment process management
- Experience in recruting in the area of production, shared service, finance, etc.
- Motivated, independent, result oriented
- Customer oriented, excellent communicator
- Previous RPO or agency recruitment experience is a plus
