Responsibilities:
- supporting the company´s strategy by identifying and leading development projects which contribute to culinary and food processing excellence
- new product development, leading research and development projects, evaluating results and providing recommendations to the management
- cooperation with various functional groups within the company
- solid educational background and professional experience in food product research and development
- knowledge about flour-based products, ingredient functionality, food processing equipment
- strong analytical and problem solving skills
- effective interpersonal relationships and the ability to collaborate on a cross-functional team
- experience with conducting production trials and interacting in a production environment
- experience in developing product specifications and interacting with vendors
