Senior Quality Engineer

Your main tasks and responsibilities
As our new Senior Quality , you will be part of a local team and will be responsible for:
- Provide quality engineering support to manufacturing, helping to ensure delivery of the highest production yields
- Investigating root cause of quality issues and following through on corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
- Use and establish analysis techniques and quality control tools to aid in decision making
- Identify opportunities for quality system and quality process improvements and work with task teams in achieving these
- Co-ordination and implementation of Quality Process Control
- Solving problems and preparing preventive and corrective actions (8D, PDCA, CAPA)
- Cost Reduction projects with clients
- Implementations of new ideas and equipment
- Organize meeting with Quality Improvements Team
Your qualifications
- We expect that you have at least a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management
- Lean SiX Sigma certification would be a plus
- 5 years of increasingly responsible Quality Management, Engineering or R&D experience
- 2 years administrative and supervisory responsibility
Moreover, you are/have
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO a preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Clear and effective communicator to succeed in the roles as Quality Leader
- Good command of English, written and spoken
