Senior PTP Specialist
Location: WarsawFor our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for Candidates on Senior PTP Specialist position.
As a Senior PTP Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day support for the invoice to pay process, including the receipt, validation, coding and entry of invoices, invoice matching, resolution of any discrepancies
- Preparing payment proposals accordingly to established payment schedule
- Contacting suppliers regarding confirmation external and internal suppliers’ details of payments made, payment requests
- Supporting month‑end/year‑end activities, including general ledger reconciliations and accruals, SOX compliance and financial audits
- Participaiting in transition process
- Identifying potential risks in the process and proposing solutions/improvements
- Being a part of SAP implementation team
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in PTP, Procurement processes in SSC/BPO environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP system (knowledge of Ariba Procurement platform would be a huge advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Fluency in English, knowledge of any other language will be a plus
