Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will Independently plan, manage and lead business, organisational or change management driven projects ensuring that the project tasks are carried out according to plan and the project gets executed within time & budget;
- Constitute, lead and control the project teams consisting of internal employees and/or external consultants;
- Monitor the project progress in consideration of the budget targets and provide regular project status reporting to the sponsor, respectively to the senior management team;
- Pro-actively escalate identified issues with an evaluation of solution alternatives and provision of a proposal to mitigate the issue.
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
The successful candidate will be bring the following:
- Master’s Degree in economic science or technical/mathematical studies (or a comparable education);
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project management, preferably in the asset management industry;
- Professional experience in management consulting, a capital management company or a custodian/Depotbank is an advantage;
- Team player with high-level of initiative and motivation;
- Strong organisational strength and the ability to work under pressure;
- Extraordinary competence in target- and solution-oriented thinking;
- Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as networked thinking;
- Very good presentation and moderation skills;
- Strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to present and translate complex information in relevant and understandable business terms;
- Safe handling of MS-Office;
- Excellent language skills in English
- Willingness to travel as necessary;
- EU work permit required.
