Senior Product Manager (m/f) - Global Medical Devices Company
Due to further company's dynamic growth, we are looking for well-seasoned marketer on the Senior Product Manager position who will report to Business Unit Manager EMEA and will join dynamic team in fast-paced environment and highly matrix structure.

Our Client is a leading global medical devices company with globally recognized, highly specialized products and technology. They are present in over 100 markets offering patients and hospital with cutting-edge equipment being truly committed to make the healthcare better.
Description
- Launch new products in close collaboration with central marketing team.
- Drive price and product mix to maximize realization of ambitious sales goals and profitability.
- Coordinate the marketing budget according to long-term commercial strategy.
- Develop relationships and build engagement of KOLs including but not limited to surgeons.
- Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with global teams to deliver best in class trainings.
- Spend time in the field in order to positively influence sales force focus, efforts and results.
- Act as market subject matter expert via profound understanding of market trends, competitive edge and product performance.
Profile
- Higher education in fields such as Marketing, Economy. MBA would be an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience on the independent marketing position in international in medical devices, hospital pharmaceutical or any other regulated sector.
- Ambitious self-starter with a passion for marketing and strong drive to improve patients' life by providing healthcare professionals with innovative solutions
- Winning spirit and outstanding business acumen with focus on results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Open-minded and collaborative individual with an ability to interact effectively with versatile stakeholders
- Agility and flexibility to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Analytical aptitudes to draw recommendations and constantly look for solutions
- Fluent English is a must
