Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
You will be working for a international supplier of pharmaceutical excipients. They offer you a opportunity to grow professionally, personally and the opportunity to grow within the company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Process Development Engineer your main task is to ensure the quality, quantity and consistency of the products. Improve existing processes or design a new one. Understanding of the interaction between different manufacturing and also focus on safety.
You also lead the introduction of new products on existing production lines and could be a technical lead in CAPEX-projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scale-up the process from start to finish
- Technical lead in CAPEX-projects
- Act as support for the production line
- Write technical documentation and educate with technical expertise
- Lead new development projects
REQUIREMENTS
- PhD. in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food technology
- Worked for a minimum of 5 years in a related industry
- Knowledge of quality systems and familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience and knowledge of Starch or dairy based products
- Experience in validation is a plus
- High analytical skills
