Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
The company is a multinational in the medical devices. A very innovative company which values their employees. They invest a lot in development and training to keep their employees on a high level of knowledge and development.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This role as Senior Process Engineer could be the right fit for a technical strong, excellent communicator with a strong technical background. In this role you have to communicate with several stakeholders, and you will be part of multi site projects. You're responsible for the up-scaling of new products to manufacturing and for the development of the process from there.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guiding the introduction of new products from R&D into manufacturing
- Industrialization of assembly processes developed by R&D and/or NPI
- Defining design for assembly and design for manufacturing guidelines
- Technical support and advise on experiments in the context of process / product development and release new/optimization of existing processes, equipment or tools
- Tracking developments in assembly area that could be applicable to new and existing product range
- Contacts with production locations outside the Netherlands
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial environment
- BSc in physics/chemistry, engineering or similar
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- You are flexible and have very good analytical skills
- Team work, social and communicative skills are essential for this role, you will work in several multi site project
