Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
Currently I'm looking for a Senior Process Engineer. My client is a world leading Pharmaceutical company located in Baden-Wurttemberg. The position is to be filled immediately,
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be responsible for the process-design and -development of the company's pharmaceutical products. You will heavily interact with product development teams and maintain the high standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility for the process engineering department and the product development
Responsibility of the development of technologies to improve the engineering quality as well as the scientific area
Strongly interact with other business functions, especially R&D, Development Sciences, Regulatory Affairs & Manufacturing Operations
Responsible for establishing a sustainable and functioning team
Assuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory policies according company guidelines as well as government regulations
REQUIREMENTS
An academic education in Chemical Engineering
Multiple years of relevant work experience with development of production processes
Proven leadership experience of technical teams
Demonstrated ability to develop team members
Strong technical background in drug product manufacturing
Understanding of cGMP, regulatory and process safety requirement
Very good oral and written skills in German and English
