Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Brussel Belgium.
A leading company in the food industry with several production locations in Europe. To optimize their processes, my client needs a Senior Process Development Engineer. My client is a well-known multinational. Its staff is highly valued and internal growth opportunities are all around.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
My client is looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer to strengthen their engineering department. As a Senior Process Development Engineer you will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the processes. You will communicate with the several involved stakeholders, internal and external. The Senior Process Development we are looking for is a people manager; you will spend a lot of time coaching the Operational team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing the Process Engineering strategy of the Business Stream ensuring harmonization with the other Operation Teams.
- Making and implementing Process Engineering job descriptions, tools, procedures, guidelines, templates required for the execution of the work.
- Troubleshooting and making improvements for efficient en optimized processes
- Performing process risk & hazard assessments
- Supporting, educating and coaching the Process Engineers in your team
REQUIREMENTS
- Msc in Chemical Engineering or comparable
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Leader as well as a team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a pré
