Senior/Principal Hardware Engineer for High Voltage Battery Chargers/Wireless

At the moment we are looking for:

- Designing for high voltage and high frequency with MOSFET
- Resonant inverter development
- PFC stage development
- Designing low-power housekeeping supply
- Testing the above mentioned systems
- Experience with High Voltage Battery Chargers / Wireless (min. 6 years)
- Knowledge of design for high frequency ~100 kHz and higher, high voltage 350 to 1200 V and control with MOSFET – Si; SiC; GaN
- Experience with Control and conversion for 7 to 11kW systems
- Good knowledge of Resonant inverter development and PFC stage development
- Experience with Low power housekeeping supply design
- We are looking for a person capable of designing, developing, and testing of the above systems
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
