Senior Policy Manager/ Risk Analyst/ Auditor
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Key Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility for global risk policies, procedures, manuals and guidelines across all risk classes and legal entities to ensure adherence to the risk policy framework • Responsible for policy advisory and writing, critical content review and challenge of policies developed by risk subject matter experts • Managing the global policies steering committee • Understanding of jurisdictional regulatory requirements impacting policies to ensure sufficient coverage in documentation • Ensuring new or revised policies undergo the appropriate bank-wide consultations including committee approvals and legal entity considerations • Planning, strategizing and prioritizations across multiple policies & regulatory projects • Managing daily policies operation, maintenance of policies inventory to assure completeness, accuracy and timely policy renewals on an ongoing basis • Development of business tools for a Risk Policies inventory • High degree of senior partner engagement and interactions
Job requirements:
• Relevant past experience, e.g., in risk, audit or compliance within a financial institution • Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients • Ability to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders • Excellent spoken and written English • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Higher Degree Education in Risk or Finance
