Your new role
The role strategically and operationally supports the Sub-Contracting category and focuses mainly on the technical equipment and services areas, and creates value for ISS by:
- Owns all technical services and capital spend relevant group supplier relationships, manages and tracks supplier performance, including safety
- Reduces the supply base in Parts &Equipment filters and electrical by raising the rebate stakes to 8% and 6% driving further country-group compliance at higher value leading to operational supply base efficiencies and an additional upside of > DKK 4m
- Reduces the global tail of 600 Parts & Equipment suppliers and identifies suitable group suppliers in their spaces (exact benefits to be confirmed)
- Owns and leads the relationships with ISS technical services community from a procurement point of reference to drive aligned and compliant supplier choices at every client site to:
- Drive roll-out of group suppliers across global and local key accounts to raise spend compliance with a rebate upside of > DKK 3m
- (Co)-Project manage technical service sourcing projects and inputs to bids and transitions
- Secure fact based procurement processes, transparency of assets, specs, warranties, requirements and pricing
What you'll need to succeed
- You have 4-8 years of experience from related function, ideally acquired at larger international and multicultural organizations in companies featuring matrix organizations
- You bring well-developed end-to-end skills ranging from analysis to implementation and savings realization with a proven track record of strong performance
- You are execution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and focus on key tasks while adding structure to a changing and dynamic environment
- You have a well-balanced personality and possess good interpersonal skills which enables you to build relationships with, network with and influence appropriate people at all levels, both internally and externally, in order to achieve desired outcomes
- You communicate diplomatically and persuasively with objective lines of argument/rationales for action and present viewpoints assertively and professionally with an ability to manage both downwards, horizontally and upwards
