On behalf of my Client, an international data and analytic solutions company, we are seeking candidates for the position of Data Management and Customer Care Senior Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for managing, coaching and guiding a multi geography team of managers as well as analysts. The person will cooperate with the client and PMO team to discuss, implement new activities and ensure that all actions are done in a good and timely manner. Moreover, you will be in charge of preparing and developing data analysis and presentations for other vendors and clients. In addition, you will participate in various meetings, business trips and projects.
We are looking for candidates with more than 8 years of experience on a similar position, gained in a multinational company. Fluent English is required due to global working environment. Knowledge of agile methodology will be an additional asset. The Ideal Candidate should have an excellent leadership and project management skills and be able to work under time pressure. Additionally, you should be open for business travels.
