For international producer, based in Pruszków, we are looking for Senior Logistic Specialist to maintain the transportation.
Main duties:
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for verification of shipping records on incoming and outgoing shipments with bills, invoices, or other records. Moreover, you will be managing customs documentation and import & export shipments, but also dedicated to KPI reporting. Additionally, you will be handling transport claims, shortages, and damages and support the business in improving the financial reporting and the operational processes.
Our Clients is looking for proactive person, who will participate in further development and improvements. Experience in supporting tender process would be the asset. The Senior Logistics Specialist will be reporting directly to the 3PL Logistic manager.
What do you need to success?
We are looking for someone with around 5 years of professional experience with truck and container freight.Moreover, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & SAP ERP system,as you will be supporter of SAP ERP systems. Fluent English is compulsoryas on a daily basis, you will be working internationally (reporting to manager located in Copenhagen, day to day collaboration with English speaking colleagues).
