Senior Learning and Development Specialist - Trainer

Position purpose
We are looking for a candidate, who will be working as a Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Trainer. Key purpose of the role is to support business in advanced training and development activities.
Main accountabilities
- Analyse training needs and change impact.
- Lead development programs for employees.
- Design and deliver soft skills training including leadership/management content.
- Training organisation and training database administration.
- Organize training sessions with external suppliers.
- Organize and take part in Assessment/Development Center as an assessor.
Requirements
- Preferred psychological/social studies background/experience.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in developing and conducting soft skills training, preferably in corporation.
- Documented trainer's experience and trainer`s courses.
- Experience in assessment/ development centers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English communication skills on level C1.
- Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Analytical problem solving, planning & organizing skills.
