We are looking for a passionate Senior Java Developer to join the back-end team. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic programmer which is eager to learn and improve their skills in their field. The candidate will join a small company which is growing rapidly with huge growth potential for skills and projects. You will be responsible for creating the biggest e-commerce platform from the scratch- processing thousands of transactions per second, supporting delivery of 1,000,000,000+ items annually, and growing its user base with an average 4 new registrations per minute This role is located in Kraków.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Developing applications using microservices with Java 8/ JVM
• Continuous integration and deployment
• Code reviewing
• Code analysis

Essential skills for this role:

• Good knowledge of Java 8 and JVM
• Knowledge of Vert.x and RxJava

It would be nice to have experience in:

• The e-commerce industry
• AWS
• DevOps stack (Docker, Kubernetes)
• NoSQL databases
• Ansible
