We are looking for candidates to the company's office located in Gdynia.
Your new role
As a Senior IT Supporter you will be responsible for global 1st and 2nd line support on all company's systems, IT request handling, incident solving regarding internal systems and hardware-related issues, participating in IT projects (e.g. new software implementation), communication with stakeholders on request and incident status. ensuring that all Helpdesk processes are documented and knowledge is shared in department, carrying out ad-hoc tasks.
What you will need to succeed?
We are looking for candidates experienced with Microsoft Windows Server 2012/16/19, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft SQL, Azure, AD as well as Microsoft Office 365 applications, experienced with Citrix, fluent in English, independent in looking for solutions and improvements, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
