Senior IT Recruiter– ambitious to be Team Leader

NATEK has developed different understanding of the recruitment role. Our sourcing team is the key of our success and therefore we have became one of the most important business partners for our prestigious customers as Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Sabre, Gemalto or Credit Suisse covering our operations internationally.
We are looking for charismatic leader who will join our sourcing team in Krakow, bring his ideas into place, reinforce our delivery and last but not least will contribute to creation of productive working atmosphere. The most suitable candidate will have the chance for career evolution to Sourcing Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Senior Sourcing Specialist will spread his/her activities according to the project requirements and client's needs. The key activities he/she will undertake are following but not limited to:
- Leading the recruitment process (interviews, continual communication with candidates)
- Leading communication with hiring managers in order to fully understand vacancy requirements
- Establishing strategy in order to deliver suitable candidates on time
- Creating new innovative recruitment solutions
- Building pipeline of candidates based on pre-defined requisitions
- Preparing ad-hoc reports and summaries
- Proactively communicating NATEK employer branding and representing NATEK on public events
- Cooperates with other departments on effective business strategy per recruitment project
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, self-driven individual;
- Passion for achieving results;
- Flexibility, reliability, versatility;
- Fluent in English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Proved track in IT Recruitment is advantage
