Currently we are looking for candidates to EMEA Business Services for a position of:

Senior HR Specialist

Location: Warszawa

In this role you will coordinate and support all HR aspects within EMEA Business Services, a captive shared services center supporting Diebold Nixdorf units throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa with accounting and order management services. The function reports to the HR Director DN Poland and dotted line to the Head of EMEA BS.

The Senior HR Specialist will develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to ensure availability and development of our workforce and will make sure HR administration is appropriately carried out.

The main tasks in this role will be:

  • Ensure HR guidelines are consistently applied. Trigger and supervise updates on guidelines and processes made necessary by legal or business requirements;
  • Develop all HR processes for the entity in close coordination with all stakeholders;
  • Support the management with administrative HR tasks, such as onboarding, pay process, job descriptions;
  • Support managers and team leaders in all employee related issues;
  • Work with management and team leaders to develop and implement training plans on all organizational levels, supervises the budget for training activities;
  • Ensure that salary and benefits structure and salary reviews are implemented and carried out according to business and market imperatives;
  • Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of our employees’ work;
  • Ensure that changes in legal compliance are implemented in EMEA BS in line with the instructions from DN Poland HR.

Requirements to successfully fill this role are a university degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management as well as a relevant (more than 3 years) experience in delivering HR support to the management in a multinational company.

Profound knowledge of HR processes and instruments are a prerequisite to be successful in this position. Very good communication and presentation skills are necessary to interact and manage the relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Very good Excel skills and good knowledge of the other components of MS Office are further requirements.

The main working language is English which has to be fully mastered; good knowledge of any other major working language of our center (e. g. French, German, Spanish or Russian) would be an advantage.
