Senior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist
Lokalizacja: WarszawaFor our client, top-tier FMCG company we are looking for candidates on the position of Senior HR Administration & Payroll Specialist.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing occurs (sending calculations to outsourced service company)
- Verifying the output of the payroll calculations
- Handling inquiries of employees and managers regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll.
- Monitoring and planning of working time, sickness and other relevant absence documentation
- Helps the management to align their operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic directions and the mid-to-long-term needs of the local operations (Human Capital Management)
- Looking for ways to improve current processes and make work more efficient.

Requirements:
- University Degree: Master in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources Department, particularly payroll calculations
- Knowledge of the Polish Labour Code
- Goodcommand of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Project Management experience
- Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress
