On behalf of our Client, international company located in Tricity we are searching for Senior HR Admin Specialist to support HR team in all payroll related duties.
Your new role
As a Senior HR Admin Specialist you will be responsible for consolidation and preparation of pre-payroll data (payroll calculation is done by external vendor), coordination of process for: New Hires, Leavers, Expats, Salary changes, Maternity/Paternity Leavers, Overtime, Benefits, moreover you will need to cooperate with Payroll vendor. Scope of responsibilities in this position includes as well being a point of contact for employees and managers in HR Admin-related queries and internal procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant working experience and knowledge of labour law regulations and willingness to learn. Moreover you should be highly customer focused and confidential, with ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times. We are searching for a team player focused on ensuring delivery and quality of service.
