This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. Its General Ledger team is expanding and they have a job vacancy for a new Senior Specialist.
Your new role
As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for an assigned area of an end to end process and ensure SLA are met. You will review processes and suggest changes that can be implemented for a more efficient and effective process. You will ensure revenue and expenses are accurately recorded. You’ll perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure monthly close deadlines are met. You’ll also provide coaching and mentoring to new team members as well as take a proactive leadership role in the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in accounting or finance (preferably within GL / R2R / collections control or similar) will lead to your success. You speak good English (min. B2), so you’re able to communicate easily in an international environment. You’re proficient in Excel and Word. You have the maturity and ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external business partners and stakeholders.
