We are looking for independent finance professional (Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A) who will be responsible for FP&A activities and finance reporting for polish and Czech based medical business.
We are looking for a passionate FP&A / Senior Finance Analyst, (fixed term contract - approximately 15-16 months) with possibility for permanent collaboration in Polish or foreign business unit.

One of our Client, a leading multinational manufacturer in innovative, life-enhancing medical technologies area is looking for independent finance professional (Senior Finance Analyst / FP&A) who will be responsible for FP&A activities and finance reporting for polish and Czech based medical business.

Description
- Manage majority of Financial reporting activities to ensure that the results are accurately accounted for and reported on time.
- Assisting in annual budget and monthly forecasting preparation
- Assisting in month and year end close
- Reconciliation of certain balance sheet accounts
- Manage the relationships with internal and external auditors.
- Participation in US GAAP / IFRS reporting
- Lead projects to improve the efficiency and promote standardisation of back office processes across the Business.
- If possible participating in SOX controls
- Manage ad hoc projects under the direction of the Job Holder's manager.
- Liaison with EMEA Finance Shared Service Centre located in Warsaw
Profile
- Strong understanding of accounting controls and processes.
- Capable of frequent liaison with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.
- Able to operate independently on a wide range of high-profile technical and business process issues.
- Team player
- Hands on experience in accounting, controls and processes.
- Accounting Degree/Qualification
- Awareness of FCPA and SOX is preferred
- Awareness of US GAAP is preferred
- Experience of working with Hyperion
- Apprenticeship or school degree with focus on: Controlling/ Accounting
- Several years of job experience
