For our Client, a leading multi-line insurer headquartered in Switzerland, which opened a shared service centre for Finance in Krakow, we are now looking for a professional, who is able to take a position of Planning and Performance Management Financial Senior Specialist. Description
· Develop, coordinate, analyze and generally support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings (SAPand other tools), incl. billing/booking to cost centers
·Collect and consolidate expense actuals and plan data to prepare forecasts
· Maintain master data in SAP (cost centers, accounts, statistical key figures, etc.), planning systems andother controlling systems and ensure quality.
· Deliver cost allocation to services (products/projects) and customers
· Prepare & provide regular expense reporting
· Response to query from cost center managers / respond to business queries
· Identify financial issues and the drivers behind, support counter-measures definition and trackachievement
· Lead project modules/task forces related to PPM topics
Profile
· At least 3.5 years relevant experience
· Proficient English language speaker to level C1 is a must
· Finance and Accounting educational background as an asset
· Experience in Office tools, SAP, BI Tools, etc. desired
· Willingness to take part in transition
