Senior Finance & Accounting Process Lead

Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Main accountabilities
•Deliver of the services within bank accounting for the French Client
•Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s
•Focuses on continuously developing business relationships
•Provides expert knowledge to the team and to the Client
•Reviews the current scope and proposes the process improvements
•Assists the Team Leader in planning the work in the team
•Helps the team to improve efficiency
Requirements
•Experience and/or knowledge in Bank Accounting is a must
•Good language skills (French) and communicative English both written and spoken
•Very good analytical skills
•Ability to work effectively under time pressure and with deadlines
•Decision making and judgement skills
•Proactive approach
•Improvement approach
