We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Senior Digital Developer
Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain expert knowledge in required technology area across multiple platforms.
Start to build strong decision-making and problem solving skills within the required technology area across multiple platforms.
Maintain and apply knowledge of leading edge technology to reach business objectives.
Remain current on industry trends, technical and professional developments affecting area of responsibility and advise department and divisional management on new and emerging technologies.
Provide exceptional 7 x 24 on-call support. The ability to work flexible hours as needed/required.
Provides instructions to teammates on new procedures, techniques and software. Assist in providing guidance on continuous improvement of operations, decreasing turnaround times, streamline work processes and work to provide seamless customer service.
Good communication, interpersonal and professionalism skills who can work directly with applications/client users of all levels of staff and management.
Highly motivated and results oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Demonstrates initiative and adaptability.
Requirements:
Experience and in-depth working knowledge of HTML and CSS, JS
A knowledge of development software Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Photoshop
Strong interest and knowledge in Digital channels
The ability to use initiative and have an excellent level of attention to detail
The ability to work in a pressurized and constantly changing environment to tight timescales
Strong English communication skills
A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision
An understanding of development processes and platforms, including BDE, Teamsite, MKS and release processes
An understanding of web development standards and platform guidelines, including WCAG/W3C
A flexible approach to working hours and travel
Good sense of humor
