Senior Digital Designer
Kraków
The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible to consistently deliver high‐quality creative work. By providing art direction, branding advice and technical guidance, closely monitoring quality standards and assisting the IT Transformation Leaders in implementing various improvement initiatives.
The Senior Digital Designer will be responsible for the design integrity of marketing communications projects and programms through strategic direction, development of tight creative concepts and seamless execution. Also responsible for leading a team of IT Transformation Programme in regards to the design and Marketing strategy, ensuring that work is consistent with quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure team adherence to department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures regarding content and design through constant communication and regular implementation; monitor initiatives, including training, and coaching the ITT Programme team leads that are tasked with implementing them
Bring fresh direction and insight to creative, while maintaining defined design standards
Develop/maintain a thorough understanding of the ITT programme business and assigned channels/business areas
Participate with partners in developing marketing and communications strategies
Ensure a high quality of work by consistently taking responsibility for one's own work, reviewing it against quality standards, and consistently seeking to achieve zero quality errors.
Contribute to the team to achieve monthly delivery performance targets as per IT Transformation Programme requirements
Deliver reports to management as needed
Effectively respond to the main stakeholders concerns/questions and high-level escalations
Represents the Design team during stakeholder meetings
Develop professional and harmonious relationships with IT Transformation customers through constant, personal communication aimed at obtaining a clear understanding of the business objectives and the situational context of their project requirements
Build an effective team to support the design and implementation of the people strategy instilling the passion required to ensure successful programmes established
Work closely with line manager to ensure that a shared vision of future state capability is established and articulated to all
Adherence to the ITT quality management system commitment through meeting the accuracy and on-time delivery targets and ensuring necessary qualification for the role and knowledge of the quality objectives and quality policy.
To continually reassess the operational risks inherent in the business taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
Proficiency in Mac OSX, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
Familiarity with QuarkXpress, HTML, CSS, Adobe Flash and Adobe After Effectsis highly preferable
Good working knowledge of print production and colour separation
Requires strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, and presentation skills
Good comprehension of client brief and ability to transform them into creative solutions
Strong command of both written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Structured, systematic working style
Able to work as part of a team
Experience managing a team is a plus
Positive attitude and keen to learn
Maintains composure and professionalism in a fast-paced work atmosphere
Flexibility in working different shifts or locations when required
Available to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
