Your areas of responsibility include:
We are looking for experienced specialist in Derivatives settlement with fluent English. The good Candidate should present knowledge of the interaction between an investment company, clearer, custodian & customer,
and knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments (derivatives, swaps, securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc.). Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks with high attention to detail with open minded and proactive mindset are welcomed,
Our Client offers opportunity to take a part in building new structures of finance centre in Cracow as well as both personal and professional training opportunities and promote the individual strengths of each individual. The offer includes training period in Frankfurt.

Joindepartment of Fund Accounting and be responsible for the full processing, booking and control of foreign exchange actions, ETD and OTC derivatives deals.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Full processing (control of the interfaces and booking in the fund accounting system Xentis) of ETD- and OTC-derivatives transactions, also FX transactions
- Processing, booking and control as well as monitoring of all ETD, OTC and FX events (including expiry, option exercises and assignments, corporate actions, mar-gin bookings, NDF fixings, resets, EMIR reporting)
- Control and alignment of internal and external positions with the statements of the custodian and clearer accounts
- Regular contacts with custodians, clearers and counter-parties for operational is-sues, including complaints handling
- Direct partner for advisors and asset managers regarding complaints and delivery formats
- Participation / Cooperation in the implementation of new processing services and optimisation
- Direct reporting to the Team Head of Derivatives & FX
