For our Client,a global leader in the offshore and marine industry, who is developing itsglobal service center
in Gdańsk we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Senior Customer Service Specialist.
Senior Customer Service Specialistwill be responsible for creating quotes for customers, using customer’s database in order to identify components, and support the purchasing team in technical issues.Additionally, the role includes taking control of sales price based on internal pricing tools and following up open quotations.
We are looking for Candidateswith 4-5 years of experience on similar positions within customer service / order handling area.To succeed in this role you will need to be team-oriented person and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Additionally, we require fluent command of English (min C1; according to CEFR), very good knowledge of Google package and Excel as well as higher degree (preferably in commercial / technical area). Moreover, in this position capability to understand technical documentation and drawings will be essential to identify customer requirements.Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP will be an asset.
