For our Client – a leader in its sector that is opening a new division in its Shared Service Centre organization, we are currently looking for Candidates willing to proceed with their careers within exciting B2B Customer Care operations. We seek experienced, dynamic people, ready to develop their career in a demanding environment for the position of Senior Customer Care Specialist.
The Successful Candidate willbe working as a part of a team responsible for maintaining excellent customer care in technical environment. You will be responsible foranswering queriesof the clients via telephone, providing appropriate informationregarding the products of the company and building proper relationshipswiththe clients. Moreover, your duties will include: successful cooperation between external partners and Clients and ensuring the customer is informed about the products and updates.
As ideal Candidateon this position you need to have a University Diploma and very good command of Spanishas well as perfect English skills.Previous experience of approximately 3 years in multinational environmentin the area of customer care or helpdesk is a must. Also, is you are proficient SAP user, that would be a plus. Technical or scientific background will be considered as a great asset.Last but not least, the knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills are necessary to be considered a successful Candidate.
