Scope of duties:
- Designs and codes critical system components in accordance with established coding standards and guidelines
- Creates new ideas in order to improve application performance and stability
- Mentors and guides junior team members
- Works collaboratively with team across geographical locations
- Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Proactively understands business domain knowledge
- Effectively works in interaction with other Developers, QA and business analysts
- Must be able to act quickly under pressure to investigate and resolve real-time issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent skills with C++ in Linux based environment (minimum 3+ years related experience)
- Experience in boost and Versant or other object databases.
- Very good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- Very good knowledge of Design Patterns
- Very good knowledge of Perl and Unix shell scripting
- Excellent English skills
- Good communication and team working skills.
