The main responsibilities will be: Supports contracting and procurement activities within IT related categories (e.g., hardware, software, cloud computing, IT services, network services, IT consulting services, etc.). Manages and/or coordinates all contracting related activities and processes associated with the acquisition or licensing of IT hardware, software and services to support operational needs, including RFP creation, proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, contract drafting and implementation. The buyer will be also responsible for implementation and optimization new ideas.
The successful candidate should have about 3 years experience within IT procurement, should negotiate the contacts with international suppliers. The candidate should know Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP), analyse supplier proposals, Conduct strategic sourcing and supplier management activities within assigned categories as needed
