Senior Business Analyst

Essential Skills / Competencies:
- Strong business analysis skills
- Demonstrable project planning and management skills through delivery examples
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing and motivated to speak up in meetings where there may be ambiguity to drive clarity and success
- Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency
- Ability to work flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required

- Ability to evaluate solutions for all elements of the of a product including technology solutions, credit and risk frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
- English – Essential strong spoken and written
Essential Experience:
- Basic Financial knowledge with focus on futures and OTC markets.
- Experience managing IT delivery
- Working with Business requirements
- Exposure to Agile methodology
- Ability to work with Unix environments
- Experience with SQL (preferably MSSql)
- Exposure to BI and reporting platforms (SAP BO, SSRS)
