- Works closely with the Product Owners, Architects and the Development Teams to collect and align the requirements of and for new products, modules and services of the digital cloud platform.
- Strongly serving and supporting requirements to delight customers with great solutions
- Work with the Product Owners and Scrum Masters to manage the product backlog of prioritized user stories. Provide guidance & clarity, facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Elaborate requirements and break down to detailed functional specs through creation of user/process flow diagrams, data models or other methods to facilitate understanding and alignment of requirements.
- Engaging with Product Owners to review and approve finished development work before release into production.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst role (or similar) within an Application Development organization,
- Excellent technical documentation skills,
- Experience with an agile development environment, Scrum teams,
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving experience. Able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches and smart solutions,
- Good English and Good team worker communication skills, being able to work in virtual teams across geographic locations.
